At Ageless Proteins, we value your shopping experience and want to ensure you are well-informed about our shipping process. Please review our shipping policy below:

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.



Import Duties and Taxes:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 10 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us at support@agelessproteins.com with your name and order number.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please check carrier policies for more information.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery for unused and undamaged items. For damaged items, email support@agelessproteins.com with your order number and a photo for assistance.
